Convention pass (ticket + hotel)
By booking your spot at FBL, a hotel room for 4 nights will be assigned to it. It must be paid along with your ticket at the time of registration.
Your registration also includes:

A receipt will be provided after your payment. For a detailed invoice, please send us a ticket after payment so we can provide it to you.
The hotel offers different room standards, accommodating one to three people, depending on the room type. Prices vary based on the room type and the number of occupants.

The hotel will no longer be payable on-site as it was before 2025.
The prices listed in the table below are per person, based on the number of occupants in the room. Those includes your FBL access, 4 nights at the H4 Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort, and daily breakfasts.
All the displayed prices include all taxes (including the tourist tax).
Additional nights
You also have the option to book an additional night before (early arrival) and/or after (late departure) the convention. The prices for extra nights are detailed in the table below
Please keep in mind
During the registration process, you will first have to book your spot in the hotel, choosing your room type, options, and any additional nights. Then when your payment is processed, you will be able to "create" a room and obtain an invite code to share with your roomate(s). This way, they will join your room and officially be sharing the room with you. Only people who have registered and paid for the same room type can join your room.
We strongly advise you to align your arrival and departure dates with your roommates for the convention. If your arrival or departure dates differ, we ask you to please make arrangements among yourselves to handle any necessary reimbursements accordingly.
