Event video coverage: capture all key moments of the event (ceremonies, Main Stage events, slices of life, behind-the-scenes) with a creative approach and good standards for image quality

Videographer (1)
Media

Key responsabilities
Before the event
To draw a Frame, click on Layout in the Toolbar, then select Frame. Now, you can click and drag anywhere on the Canvas.
During the event
Capture all key moments of the event as defined and provide shot content to the Media team daily
After the event
Creation of b-roll files for archives and future video editing

Must have base knowledge level in video shooting, framing and hardware
Interpersonal skills
Integrate smoothly into the organization, anticipate important moments, be on time and adapt to schedules and sometimes the inherent unpredictability of live events

Livestream Operator (1)
Media
Responsible for the video control and live directing, from stream setup to live shutdown.
Ensures the technical and editorial quality of the livestream broadcast on Twitch.
Key responsabilities
Before the event
Take part in the livestream planning and become familiar with the technical setup - Prepare and verify the Twitch platform configuration and all required broadcast elements
During the event
Handle the live directing and control room operations, including starting and stopping the Twitch broadcast. Switch between multiple cameras live, following the event’s rhythm, key moments, and editorial guidelines.

Required Skills, Qualities and Profile
Technical expertise
Strong ease with video production environments (switcher, cameras, signal flow). Ease with livestream tools and platforms, especially Twitch.
Interpersonal skills
Ability to integrate smoothly within the organization and collaborate efficiently with on-site teams in Main Stage. Proactive mindset to anticipate key moments, punctuality, and adaptability to the inherent unpredictability of live events.
Specific Requirements
English is a plus for collaboration with the Main Stage team.
Livestream Cameraman (1)
Media
Responsible for live video capture using a broadcast camera for the livestream production.
Ensures high-quality framing, image stability, and on-air readability of all shots.
Key responsabilities
Before the event
Take part in the livestream planning and become familiar with the technical setup
During the event
Handle live camera operation and framing. Deliver clean, stable, and broadcast-ready framing, adapted to the rhythm and key moments of the event.
After the event

Required Skills, Qualities and Profile
Technical expertise
Strong command of broadcast camera operation (framing, focus, exposure, camera movement). Comfortable working within live production and livestream constraints (timing, continuity, shot safety).
Interpersonal skills
Ability to integrate smoothly into the organization and strictly follow directing instructions. Proactive attitude to anticipate key moments, punctuality, and adaptability to the inherent unpredictability of live events.
Specific Requirements
English is a plus for collaboration with the Main Stage team.
Arcade Lounge (1)
Attendee exp.
Take part in the preparation of Arcade Lounge events. Be present to ensure that events run smoothly and supervise the equipment inside the Arcade Lounge.
Inform attendees about the games and planned events, and ensure that the equipment is used properly and with care.
Key responsabilities
Before the event
Attend a few preparation meetings for the convention Work as a team on forms and/or rulesets for the assigned event
During the event
Monitor the Arcade Lounge during your shift Register loaned equipment in the Arcade Lounge database Ensure your assigned event runs smoothly (animation, room setup)
After the event
Participate in a post-mortem meeting after the closing ceremony to share feedback on the Arcade Lounge

Create new objects or equipment for FBL
Manage the organization/storage of FBL equipment
Transport FBL equipment from the storage location to the convention
Repair any items damaged during the convention

Create new equipment as needed Transport equipment from its storage location to the convention
During the event
Ensure distribution of various equipment boxes to the relevant departments and collect them at the end of the convention Repair any damage occurring during the convention

Transport FBL equipment back to its annual storage location

Governance
Supervise the convention and the attendees to ensure the event stays enjoyable for everyone.
Conduct patrols, either stationary or on the move, to advise participants and respond quickly if needed.
Manage the area between the convention and hotel security, and provide assistance to anyone who needs it.

Before the event
Help form the teams and organize shifts, in agreement with the committee and based on your requests.
During the event
Ensure safety, supervise and advise attendees, and help the convention run smoothly.
After the event
