Types of booths available
When applying, you will need to indicate the type of booth you wish to apply for:
3-day booth
DD - Dealers' Den
SFW only
100% SFW content only;
No NSFW creations may be included in the application or displayed on the booth.
DD + DD-AD
Flexible application
By selecting this option, you indicate that you are flexible about your placement;
You must then present both SFW and NSFW content in your application so that we can place you in the DD we feel is the most suitable.
DD-AD - Dealers' Den After Dark
NSFW only
Booth intended for NSFW content;
The booth must present at least 50% NSFW content in its application.
Any DD-AD application without sufficient NSFW content may also be rejected
Pop-up booth: 1 day
DD - Dealers’ Den
SFW Uniquement
Ideal for artists who are new to conventions;
Intended for artists who wish to exhibit for a single day;
Ideal for discovering the Dealers' Den’s experience;
Half-table only.
⚠️ Important
You may only apply for one type of booth (3-day booth OR pop-up booth);
Any duplicate applications will result in both requests being deleted.
New artist registration system (Dealers' Den)
This year, a new artist registration system has been set up to better anticipate the organisation.
When applying, you will need to indicate the type of pass you are interested in:
Pass
with
hotel or Pass
without
hotel
This choice is in no way a selection criterion. It is solely for staff’s organisational purposes.
Pass with hotel
The process remains unchanged;
If selected, you will have access to a regular pre-registration including hotel accommodation.
Pass without hotel accommodation
By applying with this option, you are contractually committed to Dealers' Den to purchase a pass without hotel accommodation within 7 days of the official opening of buying-in for the passes without hotel accommodation (these passes will not open at the same time as passes with hotel accommodation).
⚠️ Important
If you are selected for a booth at Dealers' Den and you do not purchase your pass without hotel accommodation within this time frame and without providing any valid justification to DD staff:
Your place at Dealers' Den will be cancelled;
You may be subject to penalties when applying for future editions of the FBL.
This system is in place to ensure fair and smooth organisation for all artists and the DD staff.
Whether you are a seasoned traveller or a young recruit ready to embark for the first time, the cabin crew of the Creators' Class (Dealers' Den), accompanied by their crew of gallinaceous birds, will ensure that your journey runs smoothly!
